Include your .htaccess file

The .htaccess file is used to modify your servers’ configurations. Server configurations may differ between hosting providers or servers, to ensure that your migration is a smooth and a seamless as possible, we have made the decision to not migrate your .htaccess file by default.

By selecting this option:

Click the “Update Settings” button at the bottom of the page, to save your changes and include the .htaccess file as part of your WordPress migration.
