George Remus Repeal Reserve VII is a limited-release straight bourbon honoring the 90th anniversary of Prohibition's repeal, blended by Ross & Squibb Master Distiller Ian Stirsman from bourbons distilled in 2007, 2013, and 2014.
Named for the legendary bootlegger George Remus, Series VII blends high-rye mashbills — a mix of 21% rye and 36% rye stocks — for a bold, layered character. Bottled at 100 proof, it offers caramel, spice, and oak leading to a long, satisfying finish.
