Aile d'Argent Blanc is the acclaimed dry white wine of Château Mouton Rothschild, crafted from a refined blend led by Sauvignon Blanc with Sémillon and Muscadelle. Bright citrus, white peach, acacia blossom, and subtle oak aromas lead to a rich, mineral-driven palate with vibrant acidity and an exceptionally elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with lobster, oysters, grilled sea bass, roast chicken, creamy risotto, goat cheese, or fresh shellfish.
